Meet Meatball, Handsome Tabby Tuxedo Cat For Adoption in Atlanta GA

Meatball is a brown tabby and white male domestic shorthair cat for adoption in Altanta to a very loving home. This very special cat is 8.5 years young and weighs 18lbs.

We think that his name should actually be “Meat Loaf”. This giant bundle of love weighs 18 pounds! Can your lap handle it?

He’s a very loving boy. Fixed, up to date on shots and healthy. Impeccable litter box habits. Loves people and a great companion. Please offer Meatball a loving home today.

Comes with all supplies and vet records – AND pet insurance!

Meatball is being placed for adoption by owner for the following reason:

Me and my boyfriend are both allergic to litter dust/ cat dander. After we downsized our apartment it is very difficult to maintain the air quality that we can tolerate, since there is no buffer zone in our studio apartment to keep the living area without allergens.

Meatball’s Current Home Environment

small studio apartment

Meatball’s Current Family:

My boyfriend and I just relocated to a very small apartment to start grad school, so we don’t have enough space to keep the allergens away from us anymore. We tried to use air purifier as we did before, but it wasn’t too effective now.

Meatball’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Meatball is kinda lazy… the only thing he likes to play with is laser.
He is leash trained and I like to take him on a stroll at the park.
He loves greenies, especially the catnip flavor ones.
He is able to be raw fed and I strongly recommend this, because raw feeding can help with his digestive issues.
For canned food, he only eats pate that contains no or little fish.

Cute Meatball Story:

I was very sick earlier this year, and it is Meatball who keeps me accompanied when I’m feeling awful. We like to enjoy a nap under the sun every afternoon, which is a great relaxation for me.

Why is Meatball Being Rehomed?

Me and my boyfriend are both allergic to litter dust/ cat dander. After we downsized our apartment it is very difficult to maintain the air quality that we can tolerate, since there is no buffer zone in our studio apartment to keep the living area without allergens.

Meatball’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

people who have enough room (1b1b apartment at least), and are responsible to take good care of a cat.
