REHOMED – Biggie Smalls – Cute Irish Wolfhound/German Shepherd Mix Puppy – Leander, TX

[margin10]

Biggie Smalls has found his forever home on a nice big farm with Sabine and Scott in rural Texas. Biggie will be helping Scott with all the farm duties, and then enjoying lots of attention from Sabine when she gets home from work. It’s such a great place for a big ole cutie like Biggie, and we are so happy for him.

Hi, My name is Biggie Smalls!

Irish wolfhound german shepherd puppy for adoption near austin texas

I am a great big bundle of love! I am just a puppy and already weigh 80 pounds! I am a delightful mix of Irish Wolfhound and German Shepherd. I am 9 months old, very healthy, up to date on my shots and house trained.

I have a medium length wiry and shaggy coat like an Irish Wolfhound.  I am black, grey, tan and white with big brown eyes and a dazzling smile.  I live in Leander, Texas, northwest of Austin.

I currently live with my foster Mom and Dad who rescued me when I was just a small puppy. They had always intended to find a good home for me, and the time has come for me to spread my wings and leave the nest!

They love me dearly, and are hoping to find me a really good home with a family who will adore me as much as they do. I am such special dog. I have a very affectionate personality and am very devoted. I get along with everyone – cats, other dogs and kids. I’m best suited for bigger kids, because my size and puppy exuberance makes me a bit like a “bull in a china shop”!  My charm more than makes up for it, though.

So if you love big dogs a lot more than knick knacks, and would love to add a giant helping of love, devotion, joy and companionship to your home, please offer me a great home today!

Biggie Smalls’s Personality

Biggie is a very sweet dog who loves everyone. He has a very special personality and is quite devoted.

He is a real diplomat and gets along very well with other dogs and cats.

He loves children, but because of his size and puppy exuberance, is best suited for kids older than 6.

Biggie Smalls’s Current Home Environment

He lives with a family in a home with a fenced yard.

Biggie Smalls’s Current Family:

The current owners took Biggie Smalls in from a neighbor who had found him wandering around in a shopping mall parking lot. They were concerned as the neighbor was planning to take him to a “kill shelter”, and did not want that for him.

They had always planned to take him temporarily until they could find him a loving, forever home.

They would love to keep him, but really don’t have the time to provide Biggie with the love, attention and exercise he needs and deserves.

Biggie Smalls’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Biggie loves to play! He has lots of puppy energy and enjoys fetching and romping in the back yard.

He is also a sweet indoor dog who loves attention and affection.

Biggie Smalls’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

Looking for a loving family who can provide Biggie with the attention, time, affection and environment he deserves.

Biggie is a big boy! He’s still got a lot of puppy left in him and can at times be like a “Bull in a China Shop”.

He needs owners who love the German Shepherd and Irish Wolfhound breeds, and understand that they may need to be patient with him for the first year or so as he grows into his body and matures into being a bit more sensible.

A big, securely fenced yard is a must. Small children and babies are probably not a good choice for Biggie at this stage in his life – although he should mature into a very sensible dog that is good with all sizes of people!

Additional Comments:

This family have been so kind to take in and nurture this deserving puppy. They want the very best for him, and are hoping to find him a really good home where he will be loved unconditionally for the rest of his life.
