We are living in an apartment that only allows a certain number of pets, our other cat is not suitable to be rehomed because she is Shy and nervous. But Louie is very outgoing and would fit into most households.

I would prefer that they didn’t have any large dogs, smaller is ok though. Louie wouldn’t be suited for apartment living because he loves to go outside daily and be able to scratch on the door/meow to get back in.
