Stunning Ragdoll Mix Cat For Adoption in Fort St. John BC – Adopt Pepper

Meet Pepper, Lynx point Ragdoll Mix Cat For Adoption in Fort St. John British Columbia

Pepper is a female Ragdoll mix cat for adoption to a very loving home in or near Fort St. John, British Columbia. This very special cat is 4 years old and weighs 12 pounds. Pepper is in good health. She has been spayed, is up to date on shots and litter trained.

Pepper can be a very affectionate cat. She loves to cuddle and purr her little heart out. She is as beautiful inside as out, and needs a home where she can be the only cat. She is OK with cat-friendly dogs and respectful older children. She is ideally suited to a quiet home with just one or two adult cat lovers.

Pepper considers herself to be an apex predator. She currently loves to spend most of her time outside hunting mice and other small rodents. She has proudly deposited many of her “gifts” at her foster Mom, Kayla’s feet, so adopting this huntress is not for the faint of heart! 🙂

She would love to find a home where she can go outdoors and continue her hunting hobby, but only if there is a secure back yard away from traffic and other dangers (like Coyotes).  Pepper’s foster is dearly hoping to find her a home where she will be loved and appreciated for the rest of her life. She is a very special cat and deserves a special forever home.

If you have room in your heart and home for this lovely Ragdoll mix cat, please offer her a home today. Pepper can’t wait to meet you and charm her way into your heart and home. Adopt Pepper today.

PLEASE NOTE: Kayla and her family will be heading out for a vacation from Calgary in the coming weeks. If a Calgary cat lover wishes to commit to adopting Pepper, the family will bring her with them to Calgary and deliver her to her new home.

5 Things That Make Pepper So Special

1. She’s absolutely beautiful.
2. Loyal, she always comes home when she wanders outside
3. Our morning conversations of me saying ‘hey pep, what’s up pep’ and she meows like she is answering me
4. Everyone loves her when they see her/ meet her
5. Kills spiders in the house, super helpful when my husband isn’t around lol
Pepper’s Current Home Environment

 Pepper’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

She loves feathers, any toys with feathers. Although I buy fantastic cat food, she loves dog food (specifically anything with sweet potato or beef) and her favourite activities is being outside on the patio, chasing birds and mice, and snuggling on you or in a cat post.

Cute Pepper Story:

I got pepper because she was abandoned in a house, the people I was renting from told me about it and I decided to take her in. A few months later the owner wanted her back and I did feel inclined to do so, but regretted it immediately as it wasn’t great the first time. I couldn’t even sleep that night, I was in my living room very upset, and it was 2 am. Suddenly I hear meowing outside my window and I open the door and who’s there ? Pepper. She came running in jumped on the couch with the longest meow ever and I held her and she was Happy to he home ! It was a beautiful moment as I had no clue how she came back to me or how far she roamed.
P.s no the original owner didn’t bother to contact me afterwards.

Why is Pepper Being Rehomed?

This is the unfortunate part. Since we moved into our new home she has become overly protective of her space while in the house. I can see it’s causing anxiety amongst all the animals in my home. She has begun to not get along with the other cats and my 4 yo child which she has been around since she was born. It breaks my heart as she is so great other wise.

Pepper’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

I think a single person who is settled down in a place, or couple settled in a forever home with no other cats is what is best. I’m open to the idea of her being a farm cat as long as she gets enough attention as well.

Additional Comments:

I will stay in touch while Pepper adjusts, but I’m looking for someone who will take care of her like their own and feel like that’s their cat.
