Meet Lacey, Black and White Tuxedo Cat For Adoption in Tacoma WA

10 year old Lacey is about the most adorable cat you will find in the Seattle area. She is plump and pretty black and white Tuxedo cat with a sparkling personality and wonderful manners. If she were a human, she would be everyone’s best friend.

Lacey is in excellent health. She is spayed and micro-chipped. She is up to date on her shots and very clean and well behaved.

Lacey’s owner is so sad to have to rehome her, but she is concerned about Lacey’s well-being due to having 2 dogs in the home that Lacey is terrified of. Lacey spends far too much time hiding under the bed. It is not the life her owner wants for her.

In addition to the dog situation, the owner’s new partner has severe cat allergies which are being triggered due to Lacey’s plush coat.

Lacey would thrive in a home where she can be the only pet. She is so cuddly and affectionate, and would be the perfect match for a retired or senior cat lover looking for lots of love and purrs.

Lacey is on veterinary insurance, and this can be transferred to her new owner. She will be rehomed with all of her supplies and veterinary records.

If you have room in your heart and home for this amazing Tuxedo cat, please offer Lacey the loving home she needs and deserves today.

She is really cute
She is very interactive

Lacey’s Current Home Environment

1 bedroom apartment with 2 dogs who antagonize Lacey, She is under the bed a lot

Lacey’s Current Family:

We are 2 professional women, who really are more dog people. We feel bad that Lacey has such a limited interaction with us because of the dogs. We also are not supposed to have her as a pet in our apartment.

Lacey’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

She sleeps a lot. We don’t play much. She loves to be petted and brushed.

Cute Lacey Story:

When she was a youngster we lived on almost an acre of property and she would go outside, but anytime she needed to use the litterbox she would come running back inside to use the inside box. I guess she didn’t like outdoor potties!

Our dog LOVES Lacey. She dances and wiggles around her like she is the best thing ever. Unfortunately, Lacey doesn’t like it at all and it is one of the things that makes her run under the bed. She deserves a place where she can be paid attention to and loved all the time.

Why is Lacey Being Rehomed?

We are only allowed to have 2 animals in our apartment and we currently have 4. The others are 2 dogs and a 16 year old cat who is in kidney failure. My partner is allergic to cat dander and Lacey’s thick coat is really hard on her breathing.

Lacey’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

We would love to have Lacey in a home where she can get a lot of attention. She does not appreciate either other dogs or other cats really so a home where she could be the single animal would be fabulous. She is very docile and cuddly so she would be great for an older person. She has been an indoor cat mostly but we have had her outside at a previous residence She preferred being inside.
