Personality

Tucker is a happy healthy Newfie. He is eager to please, has mastered level one training and has several tricks he’ll be happy to do for treats. He is a social butterfly, the first to greet each new dog on the playground. He fetches well, and will stay by your side constantly. He has very well-behaved, good with children, and will sit content as long as you are there. He loves water, and would love a farm pond to paddle around in. He follows commands well, and rewards you with a giant licky kiss. He is good with other dogs, and also cats. He has never had house-training issues, and can wait to go outside. He also loves cold weather and playing in the snow.

Reason For Rehoming

Because of financial situations, we have downsized our housing and now have a small yard. Also, both my daughter & I work full time and are not home as much. We have been taking Tucker to the dog park when possible and to Doggie Daycare once a week to help give him socialization and running space. We just feel badly that we don’t have time or space to give him like he needs. He is absolutely a wonderful dog, extremely well-behaved, and ready for 2nd level training. My daughter acquired him with intentions of pursuing service dog training, but finances have not allowed. Or time.
