Fees and Refund Policy
Administrative Fee: We charge a one-time fee ranging from $49.95 to $179.95, covering our extensive marketing and operational costs associated with rehoming your pet.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available within one business day of placing your order, less a $35 administration fee. No refunds are provided once the rehoming project begins, due to the extensive work, expense and effort we put in to rehoming your pet. There is no limit to the length of time we will continue to search for your pet’s new home.
