If you are interested in a pet that we are rehoming, the first step is to request a meet and greet by filling out the form below. We require enough information about you to make certain that we are being careful ensuring the safety of our clients (who will be inviting you into their home) and their pets.

Our adoption process is very safe and confidential for both adopter and pet owner. Both parties are carefully screened by our rehoming team. You can rest assured that you will be contacted only by pre-screened pet owners with a genuine desire to place their pet into a loving, forever home.

We appreciate your cooperation in providing your personal information to us. This information will be kept strictly confidential, and will be used only for the purpose of pre-adoption screening.

This form is not intended to be intrusive, but ensures the safety and peace of mind of our families, who are inviting potential adopters into their homes. Thank you for your understanding. Should you and the pet's owner mutually agree to proceed with an adoption, there will be a rehoming fee required as listed on the pet's profile. This fee will be due and payable to Find My Pet A Home before this pet is transferred to your care.
