About the Pomapoo Dog Breed
Like so many popular small mixed breed dogs, The poodle breed has been mixed with a popular pure bred toy dog (Pomeranian) to bring about a little dog more likely to be hypoallergenic and non shedding.
With so many variations in coat color in both breeds, Pomapoos can be curly coated like the Toy Poodle or wavy coated. In the best case scenario, a Pomapoo will be non shedding and hypoallergenic like the Toy Poodle. However, a puppy can also possess the thick double coat of the Pomeranian, making it not suitable for an owner with dog allergies or a strong aversion to dog hair.
