Caramel Macchiato’s Personality
I love how sweet she is. She always welcomes me when I come home or downstairs. She is very protective of our house. She listens to me when I tell her no or come. She never begs for food or jumps on the furniture. She’s never chewed the furniture or anything she’s not suppose to.
Caramel Macchiato’s Current Home Environment
Currently we have a large house with a big yard. She loves going outside but comes back in right away. We are home most of the day so she is use to us being around a lot. She has her own room that she likes to lay in where it’s more quiet. She sometimes enjoys staying in there.
She also has a bed in the living room that she lays on too. She doesn’t like stairs so she never goes upstairs. Tried to get her up them but she panics I think because there is a wall straight a head and then it turns.
Caramel Macchiato’s Current Family:
We have a small Pomeranian that she always seems to protect and a younger daughter who loves to give her hugs. Both my husband and I work from home so we are home a lot with her.
Caramel Macchiato’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
She loves chewing on nylabones, peanut butter rawhide free bones, Legend for her regular food. She loves walking 2 x a day and playing chase in the yard.

Caramel is like a big sister to our Pomeranian. She always seems to be concerned about him. If someone picks him up she gets so worried. She’s just very protective of her dog family.
Why is Caramel Macchiato Being Rehomed?
I have been struggling with my breathing issues. They got worse since we have had caramel. We have to keep her downstairs so I can be able to breath better upstairs. When I go downstairs my eyes get watery. Won’t stop watering. There is so much hair that she sheds it’s hard to control. My husband is also having issues as well. It all started when we got her. We been having allergies from her hair for 3.5 years. It’s hard to let her go but when I’m away from the house I feel better but at home my eyes just water and I can’t breathe well.
Caramel Macchiato’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
Caramel is an amazing dog. I’m looking for a family that will continue the love we give her. Someone who will be home a lot. She loves a big backyard with lots of green grass. She like a lot of space especially a big dog bed to lay on. I want them to walk her 2 x a day.
She loves her walks. Someone who will be able to handle all her hair shedding. It’s a lot! She also slobbers a lot so they need to understand she may get slobber all over. She loves other dogs. I’d prefer they have a large dog but she obviously loves small dogs too.
Since she is 200 lbs they need to have a vehicle big enough to transport her in. She is pretty big for most cars. She is a gentle giant. She just wants her new family to give her lots of attention. She may have a big bark but she has an even bigger heart.
