Looking for a wonderful family dog for adoption in San Antonio and area? My name is Brutus, and I would love to apply for the position of cherished companion and first-hand family member in your household.

As far as looks go, I am one of nature’s designer dogs. I am a big boy – about 60 pounds, and I have a black and brown colored short coat with awesome markings on my feet and face. I am 7 years old and very healthy.
He is an active and protective dog. He loves loves to play fetch with a ball – could do this all day; obsessed with balls. He will dip his toes in water but does not like to fully swim. Loves to chase squirrels. Loves squeaky toys. He is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks (hides in crate). Loves to run outside.

See comments provided for Louis. Active and outdoorsy. Outdoor space at home; prefer it so he can see out of the fence. Needs to be somewhat fit because Brutus is a strong dog. Preferably no young children.

Additional Comments:

I would like to stay in touch with the new home for at least 6 months to make sure Brutus seems adjusted. I would very much like for Brutus and Louis to be placed in the same home, unless it becomes impossible.
