Personality
Noah is very sweet and gets along with anyone really. Dahlia is a little more high maintenance. She doesn’t really like to do for a walk and is kind of moody around other dogs.
Reason For Rehoming
Noah and Dahlia were living with my parents in Birmingham. My mother had a stroke in 2004 and is completely paralyzed on her right side. Everything was going fine until my dad had a stroke as well last year. They have been struggling financially for the last year because he lost his job.
My sister and I live in Atlanta. Her boyfriend is living with us as well and has two dogs of his own. We have a two bed room apartment and it is already cramped. This past Friday I brought Noah and Dahlia to Atlanta to live with us thinking that we could handle it. I worked 14 hour days for most of the week because I also am struggling financially.
My sister has taken up most of the work with all four dogs because I am hardly ever home. It’s not fair to her or my dogs. I love them very much but I cannot give them what the need at the moment. I think it is best that they go to a loving home with people who can give them love and spend time with them .
Noah and Dahlia have found their forever home.
