We are so happy for this little guy, and his owners, both past and present. It was a very difficult decision for his original owner to make, and she is happy to know he has been placed in such a great home, where she can keep in touch with him.
Congratulations, Roscoe! Please keep in touch with us and let us know how you are doing!
Here’s how our Kentucky pet rehoming team presented Roscoe to find him a home:
Roscoe’s Rehoming Profile
Male Collie mix for adoption in Louisville, Kentucky. Roscoe is ADORABLE! He is a small boy at just 20 pounds and as gentle and sweet a dog as you will ever find. Roscoe is just 2 1/2 years old, neutered, up to date on shots and very healthy. He is perfectly house trained, crate trained and will come with his supplies.
Hi, My name is Roscoe!
To say that I am CUTE would be a huge understatement… I am ADORABLE! I’m just little at 20 pounds, and amazingly cuddly and sweet. I have a very loving personality – I get along well with other dogs, cats and children. I love everybody. I am very well behaved and perfectly trained.
Being part Collie, I am really smart. I love to herd everyone and everything – kids, pets, guests in your home. I have a great smile which is very contagious. I have a soft, fluffy black coat which is medium length, and cute floppy ears.
My owner, who loves me dearly, is entering Nursing School in January. Although it absolutely breaks her heart, she realizes that she won’t have enough time to devote to me – or my brother dog Russ, a handsome black Lab mix who is also for adoption.
She is hoping to find me a home with a loving owner who has a fenced back yard and lots of time to spend with me. I would make a great companion for a single, couple or family with kids. (Did I mention that I LOVE children?) You can adopt me by myself, but why not double your fun and also adopt my pal Russ, too?
Either way, please offer me/us a home today. I am the dog you have been looking for, and I can’t wait to wiggle my way into your heart!
Love and Licks,
Roscoe
