Cookie is what we call a "ready to love" dog. She has been fixed, fully vaccinated, housebroken, crate trained, and well behaved. Just adopt - and adore!  She is good with well behaved children and dog-friendly dogs, too. She has no cat-experience, but chances are good she would be equally polite to felines. Cookie definitely put the "C" in cuddly - she is a lap dog extraordinaire! She also put the "C" in chill - she rarely barks and loves to nap in the sunshine.
