She needs a home with more room to feel at home and more time with people. Her rescuer has few resources and many cats to look after. He feels it is a good time to find a permanent home for Michelle and some of the other cats so that all can live more comfortably with lots of space and a devoted owner. Michelle is good around other cats and people, and is happy to be an indoor cat.

River and Michelle were rescued cats at a time when they were living outdoors in the cold and not in the best health. They have since been tended by a vet, given a warm safe home and socialized to the point where they can easily adapt to normal family life in a home of their own.

We are looking for somebody who is familiar with owning a cat, and who spends enough time at home to really offer love and companionship to these once-rescued cats. Michelle is OK with other cats and with at least one dog who is older and used to cats.

He has devoted a great deal of time and energy to giving these cats a safe loving home after they have had an often difficult start in life or been abandoned.
