Shadow is a sleek, healthy and very affectionate domestic short hair black cat for private adoption in Wake Forest, NC – near Raleigh Durham. Just 6 years old and weighing 11 pounds, Shadow has been extremely well cared-for by his owner. He is in excellent health and has been neutered and fully vaccinated. Shadow is micro-chipped and will be rehomed with all supplies and veterinary records.

Shadow’s owner loves him, and his best friend, Jewel, a stunning long-hair Maine Coon mix cat, very much. As luck would have it, she recently became engaged, and her fiance is extremely allergic. Getting married and keeping the cats in their home is not possible, and they are dearly hoping to find a loving, forever home for this very special pair of cats.

Both cats are very laid back and affectionate. They are good with other cats, dogs, and people of all ages, including young children. They are anything-but aloof, and thrive on human companionship. Their ideal home will be one where the owners have lots of time to give the cats the cuddles and playtime they crave,
