He is also crate trained, though he becomes quite drooly if left crated for too long by himself – though when other dogs are around, Jake doesn’t mind quite as much. He is great with other dogs and loves to run and play, so in his new home, he would prefer to have another doggy brother or sister.

When I first adopted him he was being fostered on a farm in rural Michigan. When I arrived to meet him he was let out of the truck he was riding in, ran full speed at me, stopped and spun around and sat right on the ground next to my feet and leaned into me and looked up into my eyes.
