Charlie is playful, submissive, awkward and goofy. He is a loveable oddball. He wants to know what is expected of him, and once he learns it, he doesn’t forget it.

When we first got Charlie, we had to place rugs down for a walk way for him and he wouldn’t get off them. He was afraid of hardwood floor and stairs. He now will walk freely, although if something is in the way of his path (a chair or box), he will eventually whine to see if it’s okay to pass.
Why is Charlie Being Rehomed?
The ONLY reason we are seeking to rehome Charlie is because he and our other dog (another male) do not get along. It’s not a matter of overt aggression, and we do not believe it is due to anything Charlie does or doesn’t do. He gets along very well with our female dog. We are rehoming Charlie because we believe he will have a successful transition and will shine in his new home.
Charlie’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
Attentive environment with time to teach him. It may be best with a female dog, or as an only dog. He is not reactive and will probably be fine with cats. He loves children, and is a terrific walker.
We will be available to answer any questions and would be more than happy to talk with the new owners.
