Arya’s Personality

She is friendly when she first meets you, sleeps most of the time, and loves looking out a window or going outside.

We also have a 2 year old german shepherd that she somewhat tolerates at times. She is sometimes playful but likes to be left alone most of the time, making her a great choice for a cat lover that works full time.

Arya’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

She loves tuna, going outside for a little bit (we have a little house in the backyard for her to chill in at times), and she doesn’t play much with toys really

Cute Arya Story:

There were a few months where my husband would feed her tuna. She got into a routine and every time my husband would wake up, she would hear him and come down the stairs straight to the kitchen.

My husband would open the fridge and as soon as he took out the tuna, she would meow, and rub on his legs in a figure eight until he gave her some tuna. It was fun to watch and like clock work with her.

Why is Arya Being Rehomed?

My husband has severe cat allergies that have recently gotten much worse. It devastates me to have to rehome my companion of 9 years, but it isn’t fair to expect my husband to live in severe discomfort that is affecting his health.

I am really hoping to find someone who will love Arya for the beautiful and loving little cat that she is. She deserves a loving home that is quiet and has a strong routine.

Arya’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

A quiet, peaceful and loving home with no other animals or young children. People who will comfort and spend some time with her during the day. She would be a great companion for a senior cat lover.
