Looking for a Havachon dog for adoption in Middleburg Florida and area? 11 years old and weighing 13 pounds, this lovely Havachon has been Spayed, Microchipped, Fully vaccinated, Crate Trained, House Broken, Leash Trained, and Obedience Trained. Lucy is good with Babies, Toddlers, Small Children, Older Children, Dogs, and friends she has yet to meet.
Lucy’s owner is very sad to have to rehome her beloved dog. She belonged to her mother, a senior who passed away in September after contracting Covid. Jeri also contracted this horrible virus, and was off work for a long time as a result.
When her Mom passed away, Jeri was left with funeral and burial costs to cover with limited resources, and caring for Lucy means she can’t manage the 12 hour shifts at her job. She is dearly hoping to find a wonderful new home for Lucy with owners who will cherish her and keep her safe, happy, and healthy.

Lucy is very playful, likes to twirl like a ballerina, walk on her hind feet for a treat. She’s very happy and entertaining and loving. Great with kids and other non aggressive dogs.
Why is Lucy Being Rehomed?
My mom and I both recently had COVID. My mom passed away on September 6. I’m a CNA and work 12 hr days plus travel time.
Although they are both doing better than I thought they would on potting, it’s not fair to them to be alone for so long. My mom was at home all day and spoiled them (spending time petting them and interacting with them throughout the day.)
I’m unable to spend the time with them that they deserve. I’d like them to go together since Lucy is very attached to Lucy. They’ve both been spayed and recently had all their annual booster shots and heartworm medication.
