Looking for a Golden Retriever x German Shepherd Mix Dog to adopt near Edmonton in Ardrossan, Alberta and area? Just 2.5 years old and weighing 65lbs, Max is a healthy and well behaved dog that loves people of all ages and sizes.
Max is what we call a “ready to love” dog, since he has had all his vet care done up to date – he’s been fixed, fully vaccinated, housebroken, microchipped, leash trained and crate-trained. He is such a sweet natured, calm, silly and affectionate dog. He loves to cuddle with everyone in the family and is very patient – even with the little ones.
Max’s owners are very sad to have to rehome their cherished dog. Unfortunately, Max and another dog in the home do not get along, and for the sake of Max’s happiness, he is being rehomed. His owners are heartbroken to have to make this very difficult decision, and are hoping to find a new home for Max where this special Dog will be cherished and kept safe, happy, and healthy for life.

Do you live in a country setting with a safe outdoor area for a very sweet 15 year old cat that is very set in his ways? Are you looking for a mouser extraordinaire to keep your house and outbuildings rodent-free? If yes, Oscar would like to apply for the position.
Oscar has been the very spoiled companion of an elderly lady who, until recently, lived on an acreage in Sturgeon County. The owner recently had to be transferred into assisted living, and her acreage put up for sale. Oscar can’t be included with the house, since the new owners have two large dogs that are not cat-friendly. We are hoping to find him a home similar to what he is used to, where he can hunt at night during warmer months and be allowed indoors to sleep as needed.
He’s a really special cat, and you will enjoy having him around (although the mice and squirrels may not!).

Jasper is such a loving, happy, healthy and sweet dog. His only issue is that he is deathly afraid of other dogs. This fear surfaces in what is called “severe dog reactivity”. His anxiety causes him to react in an aggressive manner when he encounters other dogs. So Jasper is NOT a dog that you can take to the dog park, and he needs to be kept on a short leash when out for a walk, with care taken when encountering other dogs along the pathway or sidewalk.
