She doesn’t say intelligible words, but if you whistle the Addam’s Family Theme to her, she will snap at the right spots. She likes to sit on the edge of the tub when I’m in the bath. She’s a bit of a diva and is very picky about how you pet her.

Toys: Anything made from balsa wood! She loves to tear it apart. It lasts about 5 minutes
Foods: She gets LaFeber NutriBerries as treats and she loves them! She also loves safflower seeds.
Activities: She likes to just hang out with you mostly. She also likes playing “tent”, which is where I make a tent with a blanket and she goes in
Cute Jabberwocky Story:
She has a favorite among my cats. Most of them are wary of her, but this one lets her climb all over him and groom him. It’s very silly to see a bird walking all over a cat!
Why is Jabberwocky Being Rehomed?
She hates my toddler. Ever since he was born, it’s been harder and harder to convince her to come out of her cage. At this point, I can’t even pet her. She bites me if I try. I think she needs a new home with no or older children and someone experienced in dealing with birds.
Jabberwocky’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
A home with no or older children. Someone who has the time and inclination to take her out of her cage a lot and give her all the cuddles she needs. Preferably an experienced bird owner as she may need some help adjusting.
