Rogue is a female Lynx Point Ragdoll Cat for adoption to a very loving home in or near Kent, WA. This very special cat is 7 years old and weighs about 13 pounds.

Rogue is in excellent health. She has been spayed and is up to date on shots. Rogue is good with both cats and dogs, and accepting of respectful children. She is a very affectionate cat that loves to cuddle and purrs up a storm. She has the typical laid-back Ragdoll personality, and is very clean and well behaved. She does parlor tricks, too. She will fetch and bring back plastic straws, and has other kitten-like personality traits.

Rogue is being placed for adoption by owner for the following reason:

My husband and I have found out that we are pregnant. We are now looking to move to a new place. Unfortunately it is looking like Rogue will not be able to come with us. My husband is also quite allergic to her (she was my cat originally) so we have been coming to the hard decision to rehome for a while now. We don’t feel she gets all the love and attention she deserves, and know that she will get even less when the baby comes. She is very social and loves human interaction.

Rogue’s Current Home Environment

Right now she loves with two large dogs. She has lived peacefully with them for about 5 years, they mostly just coexist and don’t really pay attention to each other. She loves spending time on the balcony or asleep in one of her cardboard boxes, which she loves like most cats do! She has lived with other cats, and has spent time around other cats.

Rogue’s Current Family:

My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years, together for 5. I am 28 and he is 32, and we met while working together in south Seattle. We are four months pregnant and very excited about having a little boy in August!

Rogue’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Rogue is so easy to please – her favorite toys are actually plain drinking straws. She will fetch them and bury them and loves to bat at them. You do have to be careful sometimes because she loves to “bury” them in the couch! She is a classic cat in that she loves cardboard boxes – give her a catnip toy in a nice sized box and she will stay there all day. Her favorite things for scratching are the flat cardboard style scratchers.

Cute Rogue Story:

For a couple years I lived in beacon hill and walked to the lightrail station for work. She was free to roam outside, and would follow me down the street to the end of the block, darting in front of me and rolling around begging to be petted. So I would have to stop every five feet or so to bend down and pet her, and then she would sprint ahead of me again and lay down so I would pet her again. I nearly tripped over her a few times!

I am looking for someone who will just love her and give her all the attention, snuggles, and play time she deserves. I feel she has been neglected with us due to my husband’s allergies and our dogs tendency to demand all of our attention. She is used to living with other animals, but would be totally fine and happy as a single pet as well.
