QUICKSTART PET REHOMING PACKAGE - USA CLIENTS

Please note: If you need to rehome more than 1 pet, you will need to complete this form once for each pet. HINT: If you click the BACK button in your browser after you submit the first pet's info, your browser may retain the information, allowing you to simply change the fields particular to the second pet. Make sure you have submitted the information before trying this. Wait until your browser loads our confirmation page. If you included a photo, it can take up to 2 minutes.

REHOMING SERVICES FEES

The safety and effectiveness of our private pet rehoming services rely on our ability to pay for targeted advertising for your pet, the hard work of our rehoming team, and careful screening of potential owners for your pet. We ask for a reasonable one-time intake fee to rehome each pet, which gives us a fund from which to pay for these expenses.

We will contact you once we receive your rehoming request to make sure any questions are answered.
Please select the desired rehoming services package from the list below: (To learn about what is included in each package, please go to Rehoming Package Details.

Good Photo of Your Pet
Here, please upload a good photo of your pet. This will be used as the featured image.

DON'T FORGET TO WAIT UNTIL THE LITTLE CIRCLE IS FINISHED LOADING YOUR PHOTO. SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE A FEW MINUJTES, IF THE FILE IS MORE THAN 250 KB IN SIZE.

If you have problems here, your image might be too large, or in the wrong format.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
Please Note: You can add up to 3 more photos using this form, but be patient, because if they are larger in size (ie MB) then they may time a bit of time to load up and then be processed. If you try to proceed with submitting the form before they load (the little circle thingy stops circling :-) then your submission might fail.

Take some time here to tell us everything that makes your pet special. Remember, we are trying to market your pet, and need to show potential adopters "what's in it for me?"
Same advice applies. Take 5 minutes here and really think back on your life with your pet. What were those memorable, funny, cute, or really endearing things that happened. (If you have a photo or video depicting any of them, that would be very useful to send along to us.
Think about the environment in which your pet will be most comfortable and happy.
It can be a really helpful "bonus" to offer a full bag of your pet's food, a new litter box and bag of litter, some treats, etc. It could be the "deciding factor" between your pet and another, similar pet.
Do you hope or intend to stay in touch with your pet in it's new home?
It is OK if you feel you will be emotionally triggered by this, at least for the first month or so. Our team will monitor your pet's welfare and well-being.
Is there anything else you would like for us to know? (This won't be included on your pet's web page, unless requested.)
