Why is Billy Being Rehomed?
I moved to Philadelphia this year for a new job. I had adopted Billy from a rescue center just prior to coming here. When I moved into my building here in Philly, my landlord approved of the cat. I later learned that the condo association does not allow it. It was a mixup. On top of that, my job has changed to where I am traveling quite a bit. Because I live alone, it’s difficult to find people to look in on him.
