Looking for an American Bulldog to add love and companionship to your home? Meet Remey, a gorgeous 85 pound female Bulldog looking for a loving new home anywhere within a reasonable distance of Stockton, Sacramento or Oakland, California.

This sweet 7 year old American Bulldog  has been spayed, fully vaccinated and micro-chipped. She is house broken, well behaved, and about as affectionate and mindful a dog as you will find anywhere. She listens so well, and she is very good with children. Her face is very expressive, and she tends to look to her people with an eagerness to please and be praised.

Remey recently lost both of her owners when her “Dad” passed away and her “Mom” went into assisted living. She is used to living with seniors, without other dogs or cats. She is a wonderful companion, and would be ideal for a retired or senior couple looking for a nice doggy housemate. For a retired couple or somebody who is working from home, she’d be an ideal companion and pet.  She has been sharing her current home with another dog and she really misses being the only dog of the house. She longs to be with people who can spend all their family time with her.  Whether it is out for a walk, playing in the yard  or chillin’ on the couch, Remey  loves her people time.
She really enjoys her chew toys, so a little “alone time” is just fine with her too.

We are home most of the time. Both retired. Second dog at this time and they do ok. Remey needs to go for a for walk everyday. Dogs have free rein to come and go in and out of house. Lots of attention

Remey was my parents dog and my dad past way a year ago and my mom went into assisting living 4 months ago. My wife and I took Remey to live with us and our Boxer. We are both retired and spend a lot of time at home. The house is a little small for two big dogs .

Cute Remey Story:

We had company over with a 1 1/2 year child She cuddle up with Remey and rubbed her belly. Remey would fall a sleep and wake herself up snoring.

Why is Remey Being Rehomed?

Remey has been an only pet her most of her life. She gets along ok with our other dog but there has been issues and she is very domineering over him causing him to be afraid. As said be for we have a small house and to large dogs are difficult

Additional Comments:

Remey is a very loving dog and is not only house broken but trained  to listen to commands sit, lay, stay, get in bed and leash trained. Very good around older and young people. I have been raised and worked around dogs and she is one of the best dogs I have been around a real sweet temperament, she just is not coping well with sharing a house with another dog after many years of being an only dog.
