Looking for a Labrador Retriever, Pitbull and Pointer Mix to adopt in Seattle, WA? Just 17 months years old and weighing 55 – 60 lbs, Utah has been fixed, fully vaccinated, housebroken, microchipped and crate-trained, and is good with new people and dog-friendly dogs.
This special pup is looking for a wonderful new furever home where he can be active with his people. Hikes, swimming, and running are among Utah’s favorite activities! Utah is curious and playful, and as a young dog he needs some reminders to mind his manners when engaging with other dogs. He is very loving towards his people, and is known to jump up to give some hugs and kisses. Intelligent and food motivated, Utah is a quick study and has mastered some basic commands but he is very workable and can learn more tricks as desired – he would be happy to work on his recall off leash at the dog park, especially if there’s some yummy treats involved. True to his mixed breeds, he loves to be around his people and has so much love to give. Utah can’t wait to meet his furever family – will he get to love on you?

Utah’s Personality
Utah is a happy, high energy, curious, affection and play-seeking puppy. He likes to shred plush toys, chew bones and khatmandu chews from the pet store, and likes to be outside. He is highly food motivated, does not love being left alone, and is intelligent. He know commands like sit, stay, leave it, wait, and come. His recall is hit/miss, especially if he is engaged in play. Off leash/at the park, he loves other dogs and to play rough/wrestle. He is generally not possessive except of frisbees. He loves to cuddle, lean, and jump up for interaction.
Why is Utah Being Rehomed?
Utah is a high-energy, active dog needing a lot of attention space, and movement I do not think I can give. I also have no friend network to support me when I travel and boarding costs are prohibitive.
