Sansa’s Personality
-she wins the heart of every person she meets and is so endearing.
-she appreciates attention
-she is a loyal companion and comforting.
-she has come a long way with leash training since we adopted her. I am really proud of her.
-aside from her challenges with sharing space at home, sansa loves to meet other dogs and play with them (appropriate introductions are important)
Sansa’s Current Home Environment
Our home environment is calm and not much going on since it is just me and my husband. We walk Sansa five times a week, which is crucial for her to be more well behaved with our other dog and since me and my husband both work throughout the day. We watch lots of movies and have friends over for company every other weekend which Sansa enjoys.
Sansa’s Current Family:
Me and my husband have been together for five years and were recently married in November of 2018. We adopted Sansa in August 2017 when she followed me home while walking our Labrador. Sansa appeared to have been abandoned and had babies at one point. She has been an absolute delight since adopting her and she quickly won our hearts. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in July and so we are not going to be able to give Sansa the attention and time that she needs.
Sansa’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
Sansas favorite activities are walks, going outside, and tug a war with play ropes in the back yard. Sansa loves stuff play toys as well but does not share well with other dogs.
Cute Sansa Story:
The first day we found Sansa, she and our Labrador played for two straight hours in our backyard and then cuddled and slept all night in our Labradors cage.
Why is Sansa Being Rehomed?
Sansa does not do well with sharing space with our Labrador retriever and shows aggressive behavior. For Sansas mental health it is best she is in a home where she is the only dog.
Sansa’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
We are looking for an adopter(s) who is able to walk her every day, and someone who needs a companion that provides love and emotional support. Sansa is just a ball of love and will change the life of anyone who has her. We are looking for an adoptive home where she is the only dog and pet in the house. She has no interest in pet fish however.
Additional Comments:
We would love to have occasional doggie play dates with her new adopters because we are sure our Lab would love to see her. But we completely understand as well if adopters say no.
