Thunder – Beagle Dog For Adoption in Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Thunder’s Personality

Thunder is very affectionate, social and lovable. He loves being around people. He loves is ears rubbed like most beagles. He will howl at a passing fire truck siren (but not police sirens). He can be a little stubborn.

He can aggressive around other dogs and doesn’t like being pushed into his crate — but there is no problem when you ask, direct him to crate and then toss a treat after he is in. He sleeps in his crate.

With regards to how he is around children, he has not being around younger children or toddlers or babies, so we do not know.

If you need any information or his medical records or have any questions, please let us know.

Why is Thunder Being Rehomed?

Thunder is a very affectionate and social dog who loves being around people. He is a very smart dog but our life situation has changed. Our daughter, who lives in Pittsburgh has had our first grandchild. We have partially moved to a secondary house in Pittsburgh which has a very small yard. We still have our residence in Philadelphia as our son and his wife is expecting our second grandchild in April.
We plan to be spending most of our time with our grandchildren as we travel up and down the PA turnpike. We don’t have the time, resources or even yard space to devote to our beagle.

Thank you for your interest in this deserving Beagle Dog for adoption in Pennsylvania.
