We have a 3 year old child who likes to pet and lay on Merlin and we all interact with him together. Unfortunately he is a big puppy and gets a little too excited and overwhelming to a toddler. We have a large backyard that he likes to run around in, but only if we are out there with him.

My wife and I are both in our 30s with a 3 year old son. We thought it would be nice to have a puppy our son could grow up with, but unfortunately it just isn’t a good fit at this time

Merlin loves to play with toys that he can pull apart and tear into, and he loves rib bones. He likes to go on walks and just being around his owners.

Unfortunately since we have a small toddler it is very tough to have a puppy around. Though Merlin is just trying to play, it ends up causing issues with our son. Merlin would be best suited with a family that has no small children, and that can allow him on the furniture and bed.
