Want to know the secret recipe for Tampa’s cutest dog? Take a Dotson and a Pug, mix together, and add lots of love. The result? Me! My name is Boo Boo. I am as cute as a bug’s ear and as sweet as pie. I am a loving, 20 pound lap dog, awfully lazy, and I snore, too! I am obsessed with food and belly rubs. How can you resist me?
I am a healthy girl, just 6 years old. I am spayed and up to date on my shots. I am micro-chipped, leash-trained and house broken. I get along great with children and other pets. I am a real sweetheart.
My owner loves me so very much. We have been together for a long time and has provided me with so much love and wonderful care. Recently life changed for us. Things became less stable, and my owner had to move to a residence where I am not really supposed to be. She wants the very best for me, and is dearly hoping to find me a loving home with a predictable environment with people who will cherish me and who have lots of time to spend with me.
I sometimes get anxious when things are in upheaval in my home. I have a tendency towards Urinary Tract Infections, which stress makes worse. Feeling loved, safe and happy in a stable home will be the very best situation for me.
My ideal home will be with people who spend a lot of time at home. Seniors or stay-at-home people are my first choice – it would be great if your grandkids come and play with me. I would love to have a securely fenced yard to play in and explore.

Boo Boo is a sweet girl. She’s a lazy lap dog who loves to nap and snores loudly. However, she loves going for long walks and hikes when it’s not too hot. She likes to be the boss around other animals, and she will often charge at unfamiliar dogs but she has never bitten another animal. She simply runs up to them and sniffs them. After the initial tough guy act she has never had a problem with another animal. She’s been around plenty of small children and babies and she’s very patient and calm and has never growled or gotten the slightest bit mean. She is honestly a very easy dog who is obsessed with food and belly rubs.
Reason For Rehoming
My housing situation is often unstable. I am currently living in a place where I am not supposed to have her. Our moving around a lot causes her some anxiety and causes her urinary troubles to act up. I would like her to find a stable, forever home with a loving family.
