This loveable girl has to take it easy in her furever home as she had an injury in her knee – just an excuse for Rylee to have extra cuddle time and belly rubs! She is contented to relax on the couch near her people so she can keep a watchful eye on them, but won’t hesitate to alert when company arrives at the door of course. Rylee enjoys rides in the car and always calls shotgun, though she will defer to the driver’s request for music choices. Rylee is well socialized with other dogs and doesn’t mind little ones around. Her gentle, calm nature is sure to make her a wonderful addition to any home!

Rylee’s Personality
Rylee is a complete sweetheart. She is full of love and just wants to be around her humans. She is a couch potato and curls up for a good cuddle and a few pets. She gets along fine with other dogs and cats. She will mostly ignore them. She doesn’t mind little people around but will usually curl up on the couch out of their way. She is gentle and calm. She can be a little timid and will alert when someone is at the door.
Why is Rylee Being Rehomed?
I took Rylee in from my sister to help with her knee healing. My sister is on a farm and every time Rylee would go outside she would re-injure her knee. Since this issue will never fully heal, we decided to find her a home with a fenced yard where she couldn’t run. I work out of the house full time and this is too stressful for her. Even with the other dogs home, she prefers to have her humans around more throughout the day. I am giving her “Calming” treats to help her with the stress when I’m at work. It seems to work well as a short term solution.
