He’s very friendly. No history of biting but barks at people and other dogs. He’s good with other dogs and also with cats and children
Why is Truffles Being Rehomed?
My mom recently lost her partner and caretaker of several years. She has moved in with us along with her two dogs and cat. Truffles is becoming a heavy burden on my family. I’m pregnant and having issues with my pregnancy and mom is unable to properly take care of him. He is in serious need of a nail trim because mom hasn’t had them taken care of and I’m afraid to do it because of how long they are and I have no experience with dogs. My mother has been feeding him only people’s food for years and it is difficult to get him to eat because of this. She hand feeds him small pieces of hot dog, spam, lunch meat, chicken, etc. I have two other children and I am just unable to take good care of him, my mom, the rest of my family, and myself.
