Is there an adoption fee?

Yes. Most Havanese adoptions through our network involve a fee of $150–$500. This helps us cover listing, promotion, screening, and ongoing support — and it ensures the adopter is fully committed.

Are Havanese dogs hypoallergenic?

While no dog is completely hypoallergenic, the Havanese is often a good choice for allergy sufferers. They have hair instead of fur, and shed very minimally. However, it’s important to spend time with the breed before adopting to ensure you don’t react to their dander.

How much do Havanese shed?
