Pepper and Lucy - Miniature Pinscher Dachshund Mix Dogs For Adoption Orlando Florida 2

Orlando fl - bonded pair of minpin mix dogs for private adoption - meet pepper and lucy

Meet Pepper and Lucy, Miniature Pinscher and Minpin / Dachshund Mix Dogs For Adoption in Orlando Florida

Their owner has died unexpectedly, leaving Pepper and Lucy looking for a loving new home. This sweet pair of Miniature Pinscher mix dogs are both just 6 years old and weigh under 20 pounds. They are in very good health, are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and house trained.

Pepper is a Miniature Pinscher mix, while Lucy is a mix of Minpin and Miniature Dachshund. Both dogs are very loving and devoted, and get along well with other dogs and cats. While they do not have a lot of experience around children, the dogs should be fine with respectful, older kids.

Their owner’s son is currently caring for the dogs, but with a very busy schedule requiring frequent travel, he is not able to provide the dogs with the care, attention and companionship they need and very much deserve.

Pepper and Lucy would be the perfect fit for a retired or senior dog lover looking for a very special pair of dogs to cherish. They love to cuddle, and are very well behaved and affectionate. They really enjoy running and chasing each other, so an owner with a fenced yard that can be accessed via a doggy door would be the ideal choice.

The dogs will be rehomed with all supplies and veterinary records, as well as the sincere gratitude of their owner’s son, who only wants the best for them.

If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet pair of Miniature Pinscher mix dogs, please reach out to us today.

Pepper and Lucy’s Personality

Very lovable, playful, likes to give kisses, low maintenance, adorable.

Pepper is a little shy at first around strangers. He doesn’t like to be picked up unless he’s comfortable with you. He warms up to women faster than men. Lucy will bark a little bit around new people but she warms up very quickly especially with treats.

Pepper and Lucy’s Current Home Environment

These were my mothers dogs. She recently passed away unexpectedly. Her house was relatively quiet. She had an older cat which the dogs were totally fine with. The dogs played in the yard a lot via a doggy door the had access to. They like to cuddle in the bed.

Pepper and Lucy’s Current Family:

These were my mothers dogs and she recently passed away. It was just her and them in the house along with her older cat.

Pepper and Lucy’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

The dogs love to run around and chase each other in the yard. Pepper likes to play fetch when he’s in the mood. They like teat dispensing toys.

Why is Pepper and Lucy Being Rehomed?

They were my mother’s dogs and she recently passed away unexpectedly. I work too much to care for the dogs and I’m looking to find them a safe home where they can remain together.

Pepper and Lucy’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

A safe home with a (preferably) fenced in yard. A doggy door would be ideal since they are used to being able to go out as they please. My mother loved these dogs very much and I want them to be loved and well taken care of by their new owners. They need to remain together as they are very attached to each other.
