Chaga is very affectionate, and despite having lived as an outdoor hunting dog, she has adjusted well to family living. She is active and requires lots of exercise as in her early years she was a hunting dog, though these days she’s satisfied to hunt for snacks. Chaga is content to curl up with a blanket and a good book, provided her people are nearby. If you are looking to add a hound dog to your family, Chaga is your girl!

She’s very sweet, loving, loves attention and treats. She does baroo howl to come back in the house. I rescued her from a hunting kennel 5 years ago. She had never been in a house before. She adjusted so well to becoming a pet and is always kept comfortable.
Why is Chaga Being Rehomed?
The house I’ve rented for 5 years with her is being sold quickly and the apartment complex I’m going to will not accept a dog her size.
