Do you have room in your heart and home to take wonderful care of a very unique and special cat for 19 to 20 months, starting in May, 2017? Woogie is an amazing Norwegian Forest Cat mix, aged 4. He is neutered, up to date on shots, very well behaved, and perfectly litter trained. He is not good with most dogs, and has little experience with cats, so would probably be best suited for someone with no other pets in their home. He is OK with older, respectful children.

Woogie’s owners are going on a wonderful adventure; a medical mission to the Marshall Islands. They dearly hope to find a special cat lover with whom to entrust the love and care of Woogie in their absense. They would dearly love to keep in touch with him while they are away through emails and even facetime or another video chat service.

Woogie’s owners will provide for all of his needs from his food and treats to litter and veterinary care, if needed. What you need to add is lots of love and attention, and great care for this special boy. Woogie will add unconditional love, play, laughter and companionship to your home.

If you would like to offer Woogie a fantastic foster home, please fill out our foster home care provider application at: . Once received, we wil be in touch and connect  you with Woogie’s owners.

More About Woogie

Woogy is very playful, affectionate, cheeky. He is well behaved doesn’t break things etc.

We are empty nesters, and Woogy gets allot of attention. Our home is not a stressful environment for him, and its very clean and tidy.
Just my husband and myself, Eric is a software developer working from home three days a week, then goes to his office two days a week. I am a registered nurse but in a Australia. Woogy is from Australia and we took him to the US back in April 2014 for my husband’s work.

Love’s chasing shadows, string, jumping. He only eats IAM’s dry food, is very fussy and usually wont eat wet food. Drinks only water.
My husband and I are have been called to serve in the Marshall Islands on a Health Mission from our church for May 2017 until November 2018, and we had family ready to have him for this time.

His care with family members has fallen through, so we are trying to find a loving family who would take care of him for the 18 months while we are away. We would pay for all his food, litter etc. We could use chewy.com for this or amazon.

People who genuinely love pets and especially cats. A family who would give him attention and make him part of their family while we are away. All food and litter will be provided. His hammock/scratching post, and his toys.
