Arrow was in a very bad situation of abuse and neglect before he was rescued by his guardian angel, Kristen. She has done an amazing job rehabilitating him, and Arrow is now ready to meet his forever family.
Arrow is looking for a home in a more quiet location. Beagles have superpowers; their hearing and sense of smell are heightened, and living in an urban environment can be overstimulating. Arrow offsets this by chasing the cat, and the cat is not impressed. Being placed in a rural home with an active family that can give him the attention, care, exercise and companionship he needs will be ideal.

Why is Arrow Being Rehomed?
I rescued Arrow from a bad situation at the beginning of the year. He’s worked out a lot of his PTSD and aggression issues and is a now a really good dog who enjoys playing at the parks, camping, etc.
However, all of the city noise has him a bit agitated on a regular basis, and he likes to (playfully) chase my senior cat, who is just getting too stressed.
