Ryleigh has been spayed and is up to date on her shots. She recently had a complete wellness exam, and aside from some normal aging changes to her hearing and vision, she is a healthy dog with a lot of love left to give the right owner.
Ryleigh is good with children, but needs to be in a home where she is the only dog. She is house trained, but needs an attentive owner who can make sure she goes out regularly or can provide her with potty pads.
Ryleigh does not need a lot of exercise. She is happy just to bask in the glow of her owner’s love. She loves treats and will occasionally play for a short time. She is best suited for a home with retired or senior dog lovers who will cherish her and keep her safe, happy and healthy.

I currently live with my sister (41), her two boys (2 and 5), a cat, and Ryleigh. My sister is a single full time parent and I (34) am going back to school and working.
Ryleigh’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
Ryleigh will go for short walks, but mainly loves to lay around and be chill ? She loves her treats in the morning and gets very excited about them. She is also the best vacuum around lunch and dinner time!
Why is Ryleigh Being Rehomed?
Ryleigh needs more time and attention than we can give her. My sister is a full time single parent to two toddlers and has no extra time even for herself. I took on the responsibility of Ryleigh but have no time myself and it is causing problems for the family. Affordability is also at the top of the list unfortunately.
Ryleigh’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
We are looking for someone who has the time to love her and give her the affection she longs for and deserves. She is a very calm and chill dog and mainly lays around on her pillow. She would be great for someone who is looking for a companion and is home for the most part.
Additional Comments:
A house with no other dogs is a must. Other animals are ok, as are kids and adults. Ryleigh was just to the vet about 2 months ago with blood work done and urine sample. Everything came back normal and is still in good health. Has some bad teeth though.
