Gus’s Personality
Gus is loyal, calm, easy going, likes to play with his family and with his toys, likes to take walks, roll on the grass, barks at strangers but once they’ve been cleared he’s all good, loves loves loves belly rubs and massages, if in the family room, he likes to sit/lay close to everyone. He sleeps in my bedroom at night, only crated if we have to leave the home.
Gus has been our family dog, the only fur child, since he was 3 months old & he just turned 7 in Oct. He’s a great dog and easily gets along with others then falls in love with them and you to him. He’s a loyal companion. He doesn’t like when he’s inside and the grass is cut because he gets anxious & behaves in like manner to fireworks: panting, whining, restless. During the pandemic and I worked from home, Gus was chill, calm, played with his toys, slept, barked only when the door rang. He also barks if someone approaches the house.
Why is Gus Being Rehomed?
I’m going through a divorce and the other party did not update him on the lease that renewed on 10/28 so since then I’ve had him at the vet’s kennel and the places I’m looking to live have a no pets policy and also my work schedule is back at the office making me away from home around 15-16 hrs each day.
