Cute Little Joe Story:

One very cold January day, my sister was driving to work in her rural community and noticed 3 small puppies huddle in a decaying deer carcass for warmth, apparently abandoned. Due to a leg injury, my sister was unable go into the woods to get them but sent a co-worker there later in the day to see if they were still there. And they were! She named the three male puppies after the characters in an old Western TV show called Bonanza – Adam, Hoss, and Little Joe. Unfortunately, Adam and Little Joe didn’t survive their ordeal but Little Joe did. Shortly, thereafter my sister convinced me to take him where he has been a constant joy in my life. Now, I know he can bring the same joy to others in a new home.

Why is Little Joe Being Rehomed?

Renting in a less than ideal location and away from home for large periods of time due to travel, etc.

Little Joe’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

Home with outside play area, inside sleeping area, opportunities for walks, and lots of human (adult or children) and canine company.
