Panko - Orange Tabby Cat For Adoption Seattle 2

Panko - orange tabby cat for adoption seattle 2Panko has found his forever home! Despite being a little long in the whiskers at age 9, this cutie cat had so many wonderful offers for a new home. His owner wanted to find Panko a home where he could continue to  enjoy supervised outdoor time, and so we kept on searching until the perfect situation was found for Panko.

Panko is now with his new “Cat Mom”, Katie.

From Panko’s owner, Piney:

Hi Debbie!

Just wanted to let you know that Katie took Panko home with her today.  She was really great!  Absolutely the right home.  Thank you so much for all your help and hard work.   I feel so relieved to have found a good home for my dear friend. You guys have been really great!

Here is how our Seattle Pet Rehoming team presented Panko to attract so many adoption offers:

Hi, My name is Panko!

Please Note: Panko is used to being able to go outdoors. He would prefer a new home where he can safely have short outdoor adventures!

Panko is one of those cats that works hard to make you feel special. He is such a tiny little purring machine. At just 5 pounds, Panko’s is a rags to riches story. His owner found him when he was a scruffy little stray cat and took him into her home, where he immediately stole her heart with his sheer cuddliness.

Panko is the quintessential “love cat”, and would be content to snuggle with his humans all day long if he could.

This handsome little guy is very friendly with everyone, including small children, other pets, adults and strangers. Nothing scares him and he is happy to accept everyone in his midst.

Panko is very well behaved. He always uses his litter box and does not destroy furniture like some cats. He is a dear little feline who only wants to make friends whereever he goes.

Panko’s owner is faced with the very difficult choice of having to find him a loving home. Her circumstances have changed dramatically, and she is no longer able to provide a good home for him due to having to move to a residence that does not allow pets. She is dearly hoping to find a very good home for Panko where he will be cherished, and kept safe, happy and healthy.

Panko has been fixed, and is a healthy, happy little cat. He will be rehomed with all supplies, and with the sincere gratitude of his owner, who would love to keep in touch – so long as that is OK with his new owners.

Please offer Panko the loving home he needs and very much deserves today. He can’t wait to purr and snuggle his way into your heart!

Personality

Panko was a scrappy ally cat when he adopted us. He is a very dear companion. He loves to be outdoors but he is also likes to be a lazy house cat and really prefers to be close to his people. He is a total cuddle baby and would be happy to cuddle all day with someone. He will sometimes just sit next to you with his fore head up against you waiting for attention from anyone.

He’ll cuddle up to ANYONE willing to let him. He also likes to be independent and spend time outside. I often find him sleeping in the strangest places. He doesn’t appear to be afraid of anything and will stare down ANY dog without getting frazzled.
