Cleo’s Personality
She’s very energetic, likes to play ball outside and with her toys inside. Can be easily entertained by herself if has interesting toys to play with. Likes to cuddle, but not for very long time, will come to take her love once needed, when she had enough she would just go and do her things. Despite of her reactivity, she’s very loyal and shy dog. Likes to protect her territory, but feels insecure in new places. She is independent pup, but likes to know that she’s noticed and loved. She would take some time to warm up to new people, but once she knows them she loves guests.
Cleo’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
She likes her outside balls. Inside she loves to play with toys that have squickers inside, she likes to take them out from fluffy toys.
Loves all kind of food, but not a big fan of fish. Favorite treats are bully sticks.
Favorite activities are walks and playing ball, likes to play tug as well.
Cute Cleo Story:
When she wants to sleep she likes the lights to be off, and she will let you know this by starting covering her eyes with paws.
Why is Cleo Being Rehomed?
Regrettably, since reaching adulthood, she has started displaying aggression towards our other dog, which led to a serious bite. She seems to want to dominate, and it escalated to the point where we ended up at the vet for stitches. Now, we have to keep them apart and let them out of their crates one at a time. This is emotionally challenging for both the dogs and us, as we were used to being together all the time. After consulting our dog trainer, we collectively decided that it’s too risky to keep them together, and we don’t want them to spend too much time in crates. It was a difficult decision, but we couldn’t think of a better way to ensure both dogs are happy.
Cleo’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
We are seeking a loving home without other pets or small children. Ideally, this would be a house with a fenced yard. We hope to find individuals committed to continuing her training and development, who can offer love and support during her reactive moments and stand by her no matter what. We want someone willing to provide the highest level of care, as she has always been treated with love and respect, and we wish for that to continue.
