Cat desperately wants to be outside. Neighbors have threatened us for letting him out/allowing him to get out. He always comes back when calls. Stays close by. Just needs a place he can be outside some during the day. Is great otherwise. No potty issues, no scratching, great with kids, doesn’t kill small animals, really a very sweet cat.
