Meet Frankie and Boone – 2 Very Cuddly Kitties Need TLC from a Special Cat Lover

Are you a cat lover unable to afford the costs of owning a purring machine or two?

Nashville Pet Rehoming Network is looking for a foster home for Frankie and Boone, the sweetest bonded pair of cats in Tennessee.

Their owner was placed in a difficult balancing act when her elderly parents began having serious health and memory issues over the past year. As a dutiful daughter, she has put her own life on hold to care for her parents in their home in another state.

This situation has left her with no way to care for her beloved cats, since her Mother is very allergic to cats, and also despises them. Bringing  the cats with her is just not an option.

If you love cats, and would like to care for Frankie and Boone until their owner’s situation changes, (or if you would like to offer them a forever home) please contact us.

Just text FRANKIEBOONE to  (888) 833-2128, to receive instant information about fostering or adopting the boys

All supplies will be provided, and any vet care paid for by their owner. All you need to add is lots of love, and a safe, happy and healthy home.

Have you been looking for a very special tabby cat for adoption in Nashville and area? Meet Frankie and Boone, a pair of bonded tabbies in need of a very loving home.

About Frankie and Boone

Frankie is an Orange Tabby Cat. Just two years old, he weighs about 10 pounds and is healthy, fixed, up to date on shots and litter box trained. He is good with other cats and adults, as well as older children.

Boone is a very handsome Brown Tabby Cat with the most amazing eyes. He is almost 3 years old, fixed, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and litter box trained. He weighs almost 10 pounds and gets along with older children and adults, as well as with other cats.

Frankie and Boone became a dynamic duo when, on a visit to the vet, a tiny kitten was placed in the same kitty condo as Boone. They fell in love, and have since been inseparable. Both cats have the most unique and sweet personalities, as you can learn about in the All About Frankie and Boone section below. below.

Frankie and Boone’s owner is very sad to have to rehome her cherished cats, but circumstances beyond her control have made rehoming them a must-do:

My mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and my father is showing signs of memory issues. I am moving to their home to care for them. My mother doesn’t like cats and is also very allergic to them.

Frankie’s owner, Brenda is dearly hoping to find someone special to give them the home they deserve:

Someone who is patient and will not be pushy in the first several weeks while Frankie learns his new environment and gains their trust. (Adopter should probably do some reading and / or watch some videos about how to work with a fearful kitty. Frankie needs a calm home with someone who is kind and loving and patient. If the adopter has children, someone who will make certain that the children are also patient, kind and gentle with Frankie.

If you have room in your heart and home for this deserving pair of Tabby cats, then please offer Frankie and Boone their forever home today. They can’t wait to show you the true meaning of unconditional love. Foster or adopt Frankie and Boone today.

Frankie’s Personality

Frankie dob~ March 2019:
This sweetest little orange and white kitty needs a new *special* calm home.
Frankie came to me as a feral in a TNR situation when he was about 4 months old. He was an extremely fearful kitten who bonded with my other kitty, Boone. He is now very attached to me and is warming up very nicely to other family members. He is just the SWEETEST most loving little guy you’ll ever meet. He plays fetch, tosses his favorite toy in the air and you’ll wake up in the morning with all of his favorite toys on your pillow and him next to you making biscuits on your tummy. He does a couple of sessions of lap time with me now and seeks out attention several time a day. What PROGRESS!

Frankie needs a home where his new family understands that they’ll need to take a lot of time getting to know him – gaining his trust. He will need a calm environment without a lot of stimulation and noise. Rest assured that once he feels safe and trusts you/your family he will be your best bud and the best little kitty you’ve ever met.

He enjoys being brushed and tolerates nail trims.

Frankie is an Amazing Companion Because He is:

Sweetheart PLUS some!
Mellow. Not needy. Doesn’t meow incessantly.
Cutest little personality.
Loves to be loved.
Loves to play.

Frankie’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Frankie loves his fish toys, coils, da bird, balls…

Cute Frankie Story:

Every morning I awaken to his toys on my pillow and him in my bed snuggling.

Boone’s Personality

Boone d.o.b. August 2018 (came to me as a feral rescue) is a laid back, sweet & mellow dude. He loves head scratches and belly rubs. He loves to be brushed – – it’s a great way to bond with him. Boone will hide a bit at first and might meow and pace for a few days but once he knows he’s safe he’ll move right in, become king of the castle and will quickly become an integral part of your family. Boone is fuzzy and squishy and is such a good boy. Once he feels at home he only chatters to alert you of his hunger and his need for some lovins.

Boone is an Amazing Companion Because He is:

Sweet, sweet boy.
Friendly and curious.
Not needy. Doesn’t meow incessantly.
Mellow and easy going.
His cooool eyes!

Boone’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Toys: Coils Coils Coils and Da Bird

Cute Boone Story:

I was boarding Boone at my vet and the caretaker called asking if they could put a kitten in the Kitty Condo with Boone. I wasn’t sure how he would react and was concerned for the kitty. They said it was a feral kitten that was brought in with his litter and was the last to be adopted and was lonely. We agreed they would do a careful intro. Boone loved the kitten – I ended up leaving the vet boarding facility with two crates – one for My Boone and one for Boone’s rescue – Frankie :o)
