Murphy is currently living with a friend who wanted to keep him, but due to her current living situation she can no longer care for the little guy. Murphy is left alone most of the day with an elderly person who lets him outside when she smokes. He is an indoor cat, was let out a few days ago by accident and was picked up by animal services.

For What I have moved into a new home with my partner that is extremely allergic to cats as well as her daughter. Murphy is currently living with a friend who wanted to keep him, but due to her current living situation she can no longer care for the little guy. Murphy is left alone most of the day with an elderly person who lets him outside when she smokes. He is an indoor cat, was let out a few days ago by accident and was picked up by animal services 🙁
I am told that the only way to keep him would be to put him a basement all day while she works. Murphy deserves so much better and would thrive in a loving home that can give him the attention he needs. This is the one of the hardest things I have had to go through and he is missed every single day.
