Every now and then a truly amazing cat comes along looking for a loving new home in Calgary. Panda Bear is just such a cat. She is so sweet, so kid-friendly and so adorable that we are sure a special cat lover will reach out to us very quickly to offer her a home. This 9 pound bundle of cuddles and purrs is just 3 years old. She is fixed, up to date on shots, micro-chipped and very healthy. (Vet records will be included). She is litter trained, very clean and well mannered, and an absolute joy to care for.
Why is This Special Tuxedo Cat For Adoption?
Sadly, Panda’s owners have had to make the difficult decision to rehome her. A recent trip to the pediatrician revealed that their young boy has severe cat allergies. They have been advised to rehome Panda, or their son might face serious health complications. Her family has reached out to our rehoming team for assistance in finding Panda the best home out there.
They shared with us just how many special memories they will cherish from the time they spent with this very loving little cat. How she helped Mom through her 2 pregnancies, cuddled up on her tummy as if keeping each baby warm. How her cute antics playing with her little toys made them smile every day. (She fetches!) How kind and welcoming she has been to every visitor to their home, and how she has been an amazing playmate to their little boy since he was able to crawl.
Panda’s family are hoping to find her the home she deserves. Ideally a family with a gentle little boy or girl who would love a furry playmate. A home in which she will be cherished for the rest of her life and kept safe, happy and healthy.

She let me know I was pregnant of my second kid before I knew it. She was over cuddly in the same way she was when I was pregnant of my first baby and I just knew.
Why is Panda Being Rehomed?
My younger son is severely allergic to cats and he was having reactions almost daily. Doctor said his allergy is severe and could compromise his immune system in time.
Panda’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
Someone that is willing to take great care of her like part of the family, that gives her lots of love and care. Maybe someone that has kids because she loves kids.
