Jasper is such a loving, happy, healthy and sweet dog. His only issue is that he is deathly afraid of other dogs. This fear surfaces in what is called “severe dog reactivity”. His anxiety causes him to react in an aggressive manner when he encounters other dogs. So Jasper is NOT a dog that you can take to the dog park, and he needs to be kept on a short leash when out for a walk, with care taken when encountering other dogs along the pathway or sidewalk.

She must have been abandoned by her owners, but was lucky to find her way into her foster Mom’s yard, where her amazing personality was immediately apparent, and where she is being kept safe and sound until a loving new home can be found for her.
